Ayurveda is a natural approach to health that is preventative and holistic. You’ll discover Ayurvedic skincare\, why optimal digestion is important for skin health\, and how to maintain healthy rakta or blood for calm\, cool and clear skin. \nTogether\, we’ll make a simple multi-purpose licorice-infused sesame oil\, called ‘yasthi taila’\, which you can take home. Yasthi taila is beneficial for skin\, hair and women’s health concerns. Come to this class to learn what’s needed for whole body care so you can feel youthful and happy\, inside and out. Additional Ayurvedic skincare samples available to class participants.
