Please fill out your forms prior to your appointment so you can maximize your time on the table. Arrive ten minutes early to find a parking spot (it’s complimentary in the lot), use the restroom, and get settled. Towel service along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer, is available if you wish to shower after your appointment. You will have 15-mins to shower in your treatment room following your session.

Please take some time to fill out the required forms at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. These forms provide necessary information so that you receive the best possible care during your appointment. The information you share is stored securely in a HIPAA-compliant portal called Healthie. 

To reserve and guarantee your appointment, a credit card must be stored on file. Payment is made at time of service.

Please note that once you have booked an appointment, that time slot is held for you and only you. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment start time will be subject to a fee of the session price. There is no fee to cancel your session if the appointment is cancelled 24 hours prior to the session start time.

If you need to cancel, call or text (423) 218-2349 with your full name in order to cancel. You can also cancel your appointment online by logging into your Healthie account.

Out of respect and consideration of my time and other clients, please plan to be on time. If this is your first visit, arrive ten minutes early to get the full time scheduled. If you arrive right on time or are late, your treatment will end at the scheduled time. Regardless of your arrival time, you are responsible to pay the entire session that you requested.

Failure to show for your scheduled session will result in a fee of the full session price. Out of respect and consideration of your therapists’ time and other clients, this strict no-show policy will be held irregardless of the situation. Thank you for your understanding.

Clients of Perimenopause Massage Therapy & Ayurveda must be over the age of 18 to receive services. Contact us for a referral for an out-of-state Ayurveda practitioner who works with children.
