Udvartana is a full-body herbal scrub massage. During udvartana, a light application of oil is followed by a gentle herbal scrub which exfoliates the body and energizes the senses. Herbal scrubs are customized for your health goals and may include a slimming herbal blend of triphala to focus on lightening the body or a cooling herbal blend of musta, rose, and licorice, to refresh the senses.
